Straight #613 blonde bob wig silky blunt cut frontal wig

I bought this wig back in 2019 and it’s was longer then the one I received in the mail so I asked about it. I was told that the wigs they usually make are 1-2 inches longer which is why my old wig was longer. Cool. But I repurchased this same wig for the length so I wanted to exchange it because it’s not the same length. Instead of finding a solution I was rudely told to measure the wig 12+ times repeatedly on the WhatsApp and then I was called greedy because they assumed I wanted to keep to wig and get my money back when that was never the case because if so I wouldn’t have contacted them at all nor was it what I inquired about. They then proceeded to block me on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram without helping me figure out how to solve the issue all because I inquired about the length of my wig. Hair sheds but that’s typical for 613. My only issue is the length and customer service so buy at your own risk but if you run into issues they won’t help you at all!

The hair is nice but u sent me the wrong lace front . Its not the blunt cut one that i orderd .
